Ghita Benaddi – Junior project manager

Graduated from Arts et Métiers with a diploma in energy engineering, Ghita Benaddi worked on energy efficiency and emissions legislation at the automotive group Stellantis. Ghita Benaddi joined H2V as a junior project manager and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in energy markets management at Centrale Supélec.

Armel Bezu

Armel Bezu - Instrumentation Engineer

Holder of a BTS CIRA and a Masters in industrial computing, Armel Bézu has 32 years of experience in maintenance and new EIA works, in petrochemicals, heavy chemicals, water treatment and agri-food.

He participated in the construction, set-up and maintenance of numerous factories and units: Dupont de Nemours Dunkirk, Furfural 2 Dunkirk, Waste water Plant of Marquette-Lez-Lille, etc.

William Boissy

William Boissy – Technical operations Director

Graduated from Arts et Métiers Engineering school and with a Master on Environmental laws, William Boissy mainly lead his career with Alstom, Areva and General Electric on different operational positions (sourcing, sales, product development, fulfillment and services). He joined H2V in 2022 as technical operations Director including 3 parts (technical, purchasing and quality).

Yannick Bonin

Yannick Bonin - Director of Development

After graduating from two engineering schools, the Supélec (France) and Ecole Polytechnique de Montréal (Canada), Yannick Bonin first managed telecommunications projects and responses to calls for tender at INEO Engineering & Systems. After this, he set up and developed the electricity supply business for small and medium consumption B2B sites for Engie and then for renewable hydrogen for Storengy.

Emilie Brabant

Emilie Brabant - Director of Development

Having graduated in Sales Negotiation, Emilie Brabant worked on property development for major national companies for over 10 years. This gave her real project management experience throughout the region, allowing her to forge strong links to help identify and acquire target sites.

Ann-Katrin Bureau Jégo

Ann-Katrin Bureau Jégo - Director of communication & institutional relations

Holder of a Master’s degree in Modern Literature and a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication and Information (ISIC), Ann-Katrin Bureau Jégo has a solid and varied institutional career, first in local authorities, then in the National Assembly. for more than 10 years, in a ministerial office but also in a company in the energy and waste recovery sector. She was also elected local.

François Dedieu

François Dedieu - Head of strategy

François Dedieu is an engineer by training (Ecole Centrale de Nantes), is passionate about environmental issues and has 10 years’ solid experience in the field of energy. He worked first in technical and operational posts in gas supply and transportation infrastructure management, followed by sales and marketing roles, focusing on the decarbonisation of motor vehicle fuels.

Frédéric Gérard

Frédéric Gérard – Project director – North East and Benelux

A graduate of Ecole Centrale de Paris (France) and EPFL (Switzerland), Frédéric Gérard has an extensive experience in project management and development. He has worked in the industry sector for major international groups (Alstom, Suez), but also as a consultant for local authorities in the development of their energy strategies. Environmental issues, and in particular the development of green energy, are the guiding thread of his career.

Daniel Grondin

Daniel Grondin - Western France Development

Daniel Grondin has Master’s degrees in International Trade and Technopolitan Engineering from Paris-East Créteil University (UPEC) and has over 15 years’ experience of working in economic development, focused on industry location and on setting up and leading business clusters. He specialises in the development of renewable energy sources and industrial port facilities and is also in charge of the Dunkirk projects.

François Guillermet

François Guillermet – Director – Rhône Méditerranée

A graduate of Sciences Po and ENSAE, François Guillermet began his career at the French National Assembly as an expert in charge of energy and industrial issues. He joined the French electricity transmission system operator, RTE, as advisor to the CEO, and then, from 2019, as Commercial director of RTE international.

Aude Humbert

Aude Humbert - Project Manager: Seine Axis

Aude Humbert graduated in Management and Energy Economics and has worked on innovative renewable energy projects around the world. She joined H2V in 2018, playing a part in the rollout of the renewable hydrogen sector throughout France and successfully leading the application process for H2V Normandy, the first renewable hydrogen mass production project (200MW) to receive its prefectural operating permit.

Jean-Marc Leonhardt

Jean-Marc Leonhardt - Consultant to the President

Jean-Marc Leonhardt, the former Managing Director of H2V, graduated in 1983 from INSCIR Rouen (National Institute of Industrial Chemistry) and is now a consultant to the group’s President, Alain Samson. He is an acknowledged expert on the hydrogen sector and also has sound experience as a corporate executive, including over 10 years in the field of high-voltage electrical equipment. He has run 8 companies in France, Germany and Hungary on behalf of international groups such as Schlumberger, UPM, Saint-Gobain, Areva and Alstom.

Alexandre Magalhaes

Alexandre Magalhaes - Property Developer: North East

Alexandre Magalhaes has a Master’s degree in Engineering and Real Estate Finance (ESPI institute of higher education) and has acquired strong skills in development as well as a good technical culture as regards the execution of work. He started his career as a Business Development Officer then went on to specialise in putting together and monitoring real estate transactions.

Cyril Malka

Cyril Malka – Executive Director – Energy Management & Trading

Cyril’s experience covers the whole spectrum of trading and energy & commodities markets for 25 years , gas & power in particular , in the industry and financial spaces (including Société Générale/Gaselys , CNR , Nuon ET&W , EDF Trading) . He implements H2V’s energy sourcing/management/trading and lobbying strategy . Ingénieur Civil des Mines (graduated from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Saint-Etienne) , Msc International Finance (graduated from HEC) .

Alexis Martinez

Alexis Martinez - Managing Director

Alexis Martinez is a graduate of the ESSEC and INSEAD business schools and has both financial and operational experience as well as in-depth knowledge of the major international industrial groups. He worked first in financial management at Plastic Omnium and Alstom before becoming Managing Director in the energy sector at Alstom, Areva and General Electric (for over 10 years). He managed global business activities for high-voltage equipment product lines at Alstom and then General Electric and also supervised strategic redeployment projects in France and around the world.

David Moctezuma de la Peña

David Moctezuma de la Peña – Apprentice Engineer

nitially diplomated Aeronautical Engineer, David MOCTEZUMA DE LA PEÑA started practicing his occupation as consultant for Airbus. After this first experience and becoming aware of the importance to participate actively for the energy transition, he wanted to be specialized in the energy field.
Accepted as an apprentice at the « Institut Mines-Télécom » in Energy Engineering, he simultaneously signed an apprenticeship contract with H2V.
He provides help as a technical support for any developped project, in particular the H2V59 project.

Alfonso Moriello

Alfonso Morriello - Transport Consultant

Alfonso Morriello is an engineer and has an MBA. He has solid international experience in the energy sector, ranging from an alternative fuel startup to an oil and gas multinational. He speaks several languages and works, in particular, on monitoring investment development applications and acquisitions.

Matthew Norman

Matthew Norman – Country Manager, UK

Following a BSc. (Hons) in Geology, Matt Norman has amassed over 30 years’ experience in the worldwide energy industry, having led projects in Europe, North Africa and South America. He is responsible for the development of our activities in the UK.

Joaquim Pereira has superb knowledge of the real estate sector (over 23 years). His experience in real estate includes 10 years on existing property and 13 years on new build, with very varied responsibilities, from prospecting and canvassing to branch management.

Katharina Poirier

Katharina Poirier - Project Manager: Eastern France Development

Katharina Poirier graduated from SciencesPo Paris in European Business, specialising in energy, resources and sustainable development, and is committed to Europe’s energy transition. She is trilingual and has worked in Germany and France for consultancy firms as well as in the world of operations, in particular on renewable energy project development.

Jean Rault

Jean Rault - Engineering manager - Gas & Fluids

Jean Rault is an engineer by training, has a Master’s degree in Management from the ESCP business school and has solid international experience on major industrial projects, notably in the natural gas and LNG sector. He has played a part in the overall design and start-up of large-scale facilities as a project manager and subsequently as an expert consultant.

Nicolas de Riberolles has a Master’s degree in International Business Management (EBS) and is passionate about energy and town and country planning. His multidisciplinary background gives him strong experience in technical, legal and economic matters.

Lucian Solcan

Lucian Solcan - Electrical and Automation Engineering Manager

After graduating from Lille University of Science & Technology, Lucian Solcan began his career in the wind energy sector (10 years). He was involved in the electrical design of turbines and the development of algorithms for supervisory control and data acquisition systems (SCADA) and also took part in the various stages for wind farm sites, from prototype construction and commissioning right through to the operational phase. His detailed knowledge of high and medium-voltage substations enables him to interface with network operators.
