ARTICLE 7: Liability and force majeure

ARTICLE 11: Applicable law and competent court
French legislation shall apply to this agreement. In the event of a failure to reach an amicable settlement for any dispute arising between the parties, the only competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the Caen Court of Appeal.
ARTICLE 12: Posts by the User
The website allows Members to post comments. In their posts, the Member undertakes to comply with online etiquette rules and the current rule of law. The website moderates posts after they are written and reserves the right to refuse to put them online, without needing to give the Member any reason. The Member remains the owner of all their intellectual property rights.
